OVERVIEW

Historically Noyo offered leading API technology to help connect national insurance carriers and benefits admins like Rippling and Gusto behind the scenes. With the release of BenefitsOS in 2025, it’s now a platform pushing the entire industry forward offering customers modern issue management, enrollment tracking, and AI canvas tools.

I joined the company at the beginning of 2025 as their first product designer outside the head product to help design Issues, Copilot for Workday, AI Canvas, and Mapping,

ISSUES: STREAMLINED ERROR MANAGEMENT

A new feature, "Issues", was created to streamline error management by automating creation, providing detailed context, and enabling direct resolution pathways. Issues reduced reliance on manual intervention and improved the user experience for customer ops teams.

GROUP STRUCTURE MAPPING

Noyo needs to be able to successfully receive, transform and transmit data. This process relies on intelligent and flexible structures under the hood. Group structure mapping helped ben admin platforms configure groups on Noyo to ensure the Noyo enrollment engine could do its thing.

AI CANVAS TOOLS

Noyo’s AI-powered Canvas tools provide partners a way to transform abstract data and documents into structured formats. Through proof of concept contracts and prototypes, Noyo addressed the manual, time-consuming processes brokers face when setting up plans for their clients
